Osteria Vineria A Casa Mia - TRAPANI

Overlooking the marina and port we found this unpretentious family run restaurant. Arriving ten minutes before opening time they allowed us to sit at a table and look at the menu. We chose a simple starter to share and mussels and pasta for our main courses. This went down with a carafe of white wine. We finished off with two desserts with a complimentary liquor. The food was well cooked, simple and tasty. The prices were the best we had experienced on our three week tour of Italy, 45 euros for two of us. Highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful evening. The waiters were entertaining as they worked their way through the two separate rooms with speed and courtesy.

UCMed made its under cover visit to A Casa Mia this evening, and we think it deserves a full appreciation. Besides the high quality of appetizers (sarde alla beccafico) and main courses (fish cous cous and busiati with tuna bottarga) and a very professional staff, we were very surprised by 2 details. 1) the house wines were really good 2) the dessert were top top top quality: both cassata and cannolo were not the typical heavily sugar stuffed ones, but were very delicate and balanced and you could really appreciate goat ricotta and all the flavours. They even offered us a wonderful zibibbo. Great! Highly reccomended for a top Trapani experience.

Cibo semplicemente buonissimo. Menu semplice ma piatti buoni con materie prime freschissime. Prezzi super onesti. Ci tornerò con grandissimo piacere

Siamo stati qui la prima sera che siamo arrivati a Trapani, consigliati dal proprietario della casa dove alloggiavano. Un posto semplice e umile, dove sentirsi a casa e mangiare benissimo! Abbiamo preso antipasto di pesce, 2 primi, vino della casa, acqua, amaro spendendo veramente poco, perché era tutto buonissimo! Di fronte al porto, Consigliatissimo!
