Victoria House - Tramore

Do not go here if you want a family meal.Myself and my wife were out for a drink and food.Their were 4 sitting near us with their kids 2 kids 8/9and 2 toddlers.The children were very well behaved and causing no bother or making no noise.We witnessed your staff approach this party and asked them to ask the children to behave.Your staff continued to stare and make these ladies feel un comfortable.The way this was handled was a disgrace.We left after our drink and ate somewhere else.We will not return here we will tell others of our experience as I'm sure the ladies involved will.5pm on a Friday afternoon and people with children to be treated like this is a disgrace.Shame on ye as a business.

We went to The Victoria House yesterday, 4 moms, one pregnant, 2 boys aged 9, 2 toddlers. We went through the bar to the beer garden out the back, picked an area just down a few steps where we were on our own, no other tables. We ordered food and drinks. The tiddlers were playing, making no fuss or noise or causing any harm to anyone, we were asked by a member if staff too keep the noise down and stop having the kids running around, we were shocked but said OK. The staff continued to stare at us, I went up and we were told that it's just the kids are too loud and people want to enjoy a drunk, it was 5pm, if you as a pub decide you do not want families or kids in your bar, place a sign out the front. The manner in which your staff also spoke to us was unacceptable. Avoid at a costs.

I was appalled at how my friend group were treated in this bar earlier. We purposely chose an area where the children would not be bothering anyone if you do not want families and children can I respectfully request that you put up signage to indicate same can I further request you provide customer service training to your staff you have a staff member called Tia whose manner is disgraceful.

Came here for a post wedding drinks and food which turned out to be a very entertaining evening. Great music, good choice of drinks and a very reasonable burger and chips. We will definitely come here again when in the area.

Had a few great afternoons in here recently on a short visit. The work thats been done for the bar overlooking the sea is amazing. Great food with the burger bar as well best pub in Tramore by far..!!!!
