Nestled along the road to Conor Pass in Stradbally, Castlegregory, County Kerry, this delightful traditional Irish pub is a warm and inviting destination. They serve an excellent pint of Guinness and, quite possibly, the best scampi and fish and chips along the Wild Atlantic Way. The menu features a range of other enticing options that we eagerly look forward to sampling on our next visit. A big thank you to Rhonwen and Dave for a fantastic experience!

Dave and his team were amazing to collaborate with. The food was delectable, and the ambiance of the restaurant is both stunning and distinctive. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a memorable family gathering.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem while driving from Conor Pass to Castlegregory, and we’re so glad we decided to stop in. The restaurant is much bigger than it appears from the outside and exudes a charming old-world vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly, the service is excellent, and the restroom facilities are top-notch. Most importantly, the food and drinks are outstanding. The menu offers a variety of options to cater to all tastes. We ordered the roasted salmon and the pan-fried silver hake, and both dishes were delicious. We highly recommend paying a visit to this restaurant!

After taking a stroll on the beach in the Maharees, we were in need of a light snack and a pint. This restaurant, which has only recently reopened since May, is a great spot. The menu is lovely and reasonably priced. We ordered the toasted sandwich and calamari, both of which were excellent with generous portions. The staff were friendly and there was a cozy fire burning on a rainy, windy day. We will definitely return to try out their dinner menu. Overall, a wonderful place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Second time here in a week...our mains were steak for him and breaded prawns for me. Both were excellent and presented with care. Complimentary bread plate with nutty brown bread with butter curls while we waited.Lovely to see old china bring used. Always thought serving food on lumps of slate was ridiculous. Shared a dessert strawberry and rhubarb crumble. Sublime. When your waiting staff are local and charming and the food is both excellent and reasonably priced it becomes a lovely way to end the day
