Emma's Cafe - Trafford

First in at 8am. Patient, prompt, friendly service. Good food, well prepared. Eating area needs a bit of a clear up, maybe refurbishment going on?

Stale bread, broken eggs, overcooked bacon and sausage and I'm sure the brown sauce bottle was just waved over the top of the sandwich. A full breakfast in a tray was just sausage, bacon and a fried egg. Beans in a little tub and 3 slices of toast. For the money they charge, this is absolutely disgusting. We will never order from there again, we'd rather go hungry that order from here again.

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. Half of our order was incorrect and items were missing. The quality of the food was cheap and lacked any taste. When we called to complain, we were told that this was the standard of food they considered acceptable. We warned them that we would be sharing our experience on all platforms to alert potential customers, and they simply brushed it off, claiming to be a large organization. They also mentioned that all future orders from us would be lost. The food was disgusting and the customer service was even worse. This kind of attitude has no place in business and this restaurant should be closed down.

Ordered via just eat, order was wrong. Won’t pick up the phone to discuss replacement. Don’t mind the cafe but would appreciate if they picked up the phone.
