Coffii 22 - Trafford

Best coffee and pastel de nata (made fresh on-site by lovely Portuguese owners) in Altrincham. Cakes are also excellent.

Just had the poached eggs with spinach and hollandaise on toast and it was just perfect. Now I’m on to my second coffee. I love coming here. Always a reliable place for tasty food at decent prices. Nice owners.

We were staying in Altrincham for the Manchester marathon and decided to walk to this spotless little cafe from our hotel to stretch our legs a bit. The cafe was very easy to find, just a short distance from the town centre. The owner was very attentive, asking if we wanted our coffee before our food or at the same time. A nice touch which very few establishments seem to offer these days. The food was freshly cooked, delicious and served promptly. I had some of the nicest scrambled egg on homemade sourdough which I’ve ever had and my husband enjoyed the five item breakfast plate. It was fairly quiet when we were there, but a couple of regulars popped in for takeaway items. There were some very tempting freshly made Portuguese custard tarts on the counter and we purchased a box of four for £5 to enjoy later in the day. The flat white was good and hot, served in a chunky pottery mug. In retrospect I would probably have asked for an extra shot as I like my coffee on the strong side. The strength would probably have been fine in a standard size cup. If we are in Altrincham in the future we’ll certainly make a point of making a repeat visit to Coffii 22.

This is my favourte cafe in Altrincam, we love going here because the food is excellent and its dog friendly!! The best Afternoon Tea we ever had!! Definitely cant wait to go back again.. We can tell that its all homemade and great coffee too.

This is my go-to spot for breakfast whenever I am in Altrincham, which is quite often. Coffi 22 never fails to impress with its homemade food of top-notch quality, on par with that of a 5-star restaurant. The service is always friendly and polite, and it is also dog-friendly! I highly recommend Coffi 22.
