Bake My Day Manchester - Trafford

The cakes were extremely dry and did not meet the high expectations. I am uncertain if this issue is related to transportation and storage at the market.

I have a great love for cake, so I can easily recognize a good one when I see/eat it! I purchased a slice of cherry bakewell cake and a slice of oreo cake, both of which were a good size and excellent value (you would pay almost double the price in the city center). The cakes were moist, sweet, and delightfully light - absolutely perfect. I visited on a Friday afternoon and am already considering returning tomorrow! I will definitely be coming back.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today (Sunday). I purchased a piece of Maltesers cake to go and it cost me £2.80, which is not cheap. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The cake looked delicious, which is why I chose it. However, it was stale and had a bad taste of expired baking powder. I am unsure how long the cake had been sitting there, and I am frustrated that I was sold a stale product. I will not be returning to this place. I was not impressed.

Visiting manchester for 1st time and exploring.. nature called..it was only place open and staff very kindly facilitated me!!I returned having spent a few hrs in town..it was so relaxing and chilled...and the selection of cakes delicious...mine was a lemon blondie...will make it my business to call for another tmrw

Nice friendly staff, cake was ok for what it cost. Very child friendly cafe offers cupcake decorating for young ones.
