The Cajun Spot - Tracy

My fiance and I came to eat here after shopping at Costco. We are so glad we stopped by this location instead of driving all the way to the Manteca location.The staff was friendly, the restaurant was really clean, the condiments bar was clean and fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean and smelled good, and most important the food was HOT and AMAZING!! We definitely will be returning.

I have been going here a couple of times, today was not a good one. I had asked the cashier for his recommendation of crab and he told me Dungeness crab was the best for him. I ordered them since it was the same price as snow crabs but it was upsetting to find out that the crabs were dry and discolored with white spots. I had asked for a refund since it was closing time and didn't wanting them to redo them. The women gave me a phone and a guy was saying he wouldn't be able to refund me since he had left and then said i won't get any money today or tomorrow. And then changed his demeanor and started saying since I took a bite i can't get my money back. Mind you i only ate a lil dry meat flake from the connection part of the leg and it was nasty. I made sure he clarified that he wasn't going to give me a refund n so I stopped talking to him n called my bank to make a claim. This is crazy. Some type of accommodations i would have been ok with. Like a remake the next day cuz it was an off day or a refund tomorrow or a gift card or store credit idk anything. And the crazy part is that he recommended that I buy it. Sorry to say but i am not going back after this experience. :

Ordered fish n fries Shrimp n fries =fish was good but shoestring fries no good get some real fries n real SHRIMP the Shrimp were Frozen Fried Shrimp I won't order this again

Could add more sauce to my shrimp and crawfish boil.

We went at night. Two asiN ladies prepared the food. It was terrible. The garlic shrimp has no flavor. The shrimp was not fresh looks like frozen shrimp just cooked. Will not come back here. Sorry...
