Hanna's - Trabuco

Reservation at 8:30 decided to get there early (7:45) and 5/5 for getting us seated at 8:15. Appetizer came out on time. Then the wait. 10:15 before food hit the table. A lot of apologies from staff and our waitress was amazing but can't speed up the kitchen. They ran out of the steak special, mashed potatoes and something else I forget because I was pretty upset at that point. I give a 4star rating because of staff and quality of food but should get 1 star for time. If your kitchen is backed up throw booze at my table don't tell me I get a free desert.

First time here!Made a reservation for 5 pm! Not too busy, and we were sat in the dining room. I brought my mom for a late Mothers Day dinner (such a bad son), and we were both happy with the experience.We started with the meatballs as an appetizer $20, and I ordered my usual very light dirty Martini. I was happy to hear that they have Tito Tuesdays, so my Martini was only $10!!My mom's Entree was the Togarashi Scallops $50, and I ordered the Short Rib $40. Very flavorful, rich, and tender! I really enjoyed the risotto with the scallops. It was Serrano infused and really, really good! I almost wanted to put the risotto with the short rib as a meal!We ended our meal with the butter cake! Nice hefty serving of ice cream, too!Our Server Sydney was professional and attentive! Great service!Would definitely want to try a few more items on the menu next time! Will be back!

The staff lies that the order will be ready in 5 minutes, but they can’t give the order for more than an hour, if you don’t want to lose customers, train the staff to work

Always one of my favorites. The burrata and brussel sprouts is out of this world and I have no problem admitting I've only ordered that as my meal before. ? Kid-friendliness: Lots of yummy kid dishes and they're always super nice when I bring my 7yo.
