Just Arrived after a long Clime in 26 degrees sun, and an hour before opening the tavern. 10 minutes later, those responsible arrive and we are offered service, which meant two cyclists who were served quickly and cold. Super!!!
Because I can't walk far, we drove by car to the parking lot. if they don't have an off-road vehicle, they don't try the winding Scottish road off the Scottish road, but take the branch off from the l190 (small way sign for the restaurant shows them which branch they have.) our car hardly managed to overcome all buckel and unevennesses, and managed to maneuver only by very cautiously, avoiding the bumping up of the bump. go at the small parking space at the end of the road to restaurant, which allows them to access the ruins. we were so overwhelmed by the intention that we had to sit down and order a drink only to be able to absorb everything. the other table had ordered food that looked good. the service was fast, we hardly waited a minute.
What a place that was even better than expected. we drove with our little boy in his stroller with the car, so we had to go only a few steps to enjoy the view and add to a good food and wine. the walk from the city should take 20 minutes or 35/40 with children. will definitely come back.
Great full service place on the mountain in the midst of the burgruine. clean, modern toilets, unavoidable (read slowly ...) service deceives over a great place for pizzas in Alsace style and a decent selection of beers, coffee and wine in the glass. we sampled the 300 year old recipe for cheese in sap, grape seed oil
