Sweetgreen - Towson

Sweetgreen is that spot! I travel all over and have been to many sweetgreen locations. Best salad spot in the country. So happy when they finally brought one to Baltimore County! Can?t go wrong with the spicy cashew dressing! This location can be a little skimp on the lettuce so don?t be shy if you want them to add a little extra. Locally sourced ingredients, try it you won?t be disappointed ????

The service at this location is horrible. I asked for a fish taco salad and they did not have a majority of the ingredients. I asked them to replace it with a shroomami and the portion size was way below par. I was told ?it?s been two days since we have changed our portion size and now we measure by the lower line in the bowl?. To sum up its blatant arrogance at the location and definitely not something I would have expected from SweetGreen which prides itself on the qualityof food and service provided. I have added a picture of the same salad I got at the same location by a different server few days back to highlight the portion size. This paints a false picture to the customer because in no way is thisproviding value for what they pay. I would kindly request upper management to get in touch with me so I can voice my concerns to them.

I was so excited for the opening of Sweetgreen in such a prime location! The food did not disappoint and the experience was everything I wanted. What really made an impression on me was the fabulous customer service I received upon my first visit : Thank you, Julian for your patience and suggestions! I will certainly be back.

I was shocked to see my salad like this after spending 14$ Compare to chipotle the value of the sweet green must be 2$ I will not go there again

What you get is NOT what you see online. They short you on your food (happened to me 3 times in a row no more chances). I can get an over priced salad somewhere else with twice as much food and just as healthy for the same price if not less. ???? It?s a real bummer because I used to eat Sweetgreen all the time when I lived in NYC (and they do a fantastic job regardless if ordered online or in store) and I was really excited to see something healthy and quick finallymake its way to Towson. I hope they fix their act because their flavors and dressings are great but regardless this location is *struggling*. Not worth it.
