Smoothie King - Towson

Without ordering ice cream, I was told that they couldn't fill the cup without ice. When I asked them to put it in a smaller cup, they tried to charge me the price of the largest cup, which wasn't pleasant. The smoothie was extremely sugary; if you order one every week, it might land you in an emergency! However, the staff were very respectful.

This place always makes a great smoothie! My favorite is the chocolate flavor, and they prepare it to perfection here.

The man who checked me in was quite rude. I apologize for tipping before receiving any service.

I think they need to train their employees more because I can't keep buying badly made smoothies today is the third time I bought a badly made smoothie from this place. I complained to the older man and he told me how sorry he was, he? the only one who makes a perfect smoothie, now I can only buy from this place is he?s the one who makes it for me.

When they are open it?s a normal smoothie king experience, the girls behind the counter are pleasant if a little slow, but I?ve never been to a franchised store with such inconsistent opening and closing. Literally never open when they say they are, no one answers the phone, the mobile ordering goes on and off, and they have a rude sign about being short staffed in the front that can be really off putting. Corporate should look into this.
