Mcdonald's - Towson

This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever visited. I've been here about 20 times for both dine-in and drive-thru, and I've never been disappointed. The staff is exceptional and consistently provides the best customer service. The team working the drive-thru is incredibly friendly, and the staff inside always ensures you have a fantastic dining experience. The food is excellent, and the fries are always served hot—without fail! I can't believe how they manage to maintain such high standards. I wouldn't choose any other McDonald's if I could avoid it. I've been to many McDonald's locations throughout my life, but none compare to this one! Highly recommended!

That sounds like an exaggeration, but I don't promise. I've never been better treated, but a group of McDonald staff in my life. It is a happy experience that comes to this McDonald. I'm a DoorDash driver and they're always so fast and the king takes orders. And when I come here to get a coffee, they're just so nice and really care about getting your order right.

I enjoy this location food is always fresh and they know how to move the passage lawn a long time. And the staff is always friendly

The staff here is friendly and playful, yet maintains a high level of professionalism. The drive-thru moves quickly at night—faster than most places I've been to (and I visit at least five McDonald's every day). I stopped by in the morning around 2 AM, and my fries were hot and fresh. That's all I have to share!

My only complaint is that during my last few visits to this location, when I ordered nuggets, they forgot to include my sauce. I always have to ask for it again after receiving my meal. They should consider putting up a sign by the window reminding the staff not to forget the sauce.
