Auntie Anne's - Towson

Very poor and in cable service. Was picking up a pick up order and had to argue with them to get my food! They wanted to see my other phone the one I ordered from. I told them the name and so on

Their lemonade is what you need, especially when the weather is distracting.

I am a huge fan of pretzels, but my recent experience at the Auntie Anne's in Towson Town Center has been disappointing. I was really excited about their rewards program when it launched, but I quickly noticed that this location often refuses to scan my app to credit me with points. Sometimes, they wait until I've paid and received my receipt before scanning my phone, which means I miss out on earning points. During my visit earlier this week, I insisted they show me the points I had collected before I would leave. The young lady working there seemed quite annoyed with me and wasn't willing to assist.

This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. When my order was incorrect, I was met with a frustrating runaround while trying to get a refund. I initially contacted the business for help, and they directed me to the head manager. He then sent me to their website, which referred me back to the business, and the business ultimately told me to talk to the supervisor. Now, they don’t even answer their phones. They have taken $15 from me, and while it may seem like a small amount, it’s the principle of the matter. The fact that they refuse to refund me is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. EVER! I was so frustrated that I expressed my anger about their terrible service and unwillingness to assist.

The official Auntie Anne's website claims that five different types of pretzels can be ordered vegan (without butter). However, the two locations currently open in Towson Town Center are unable to accommodate this request and cannot serve any items without butter. This is quite disappointing. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly.
