We ordered 26$ worth of food. 2 Chicken baskets and two icecreams…The fries were cold, soggy, with no salt. Chicken was average at best.He ordered a Blue Misty. Which is supposed to have icecream in it. The girl taking our order could hardly speak english, and didn’t understand. We tried to clarify. But we received the wrong drink.I went inside to correct this mistake, and as the drink melted in my hand, I waited and waited.Finally the girl asked what I needed. I told her the problem and her response was “I asked if that’s what you wanted, I can re-charge you if you want.”ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! YOU ARE NOT charging my card again for Your mistake. Customer service is dead. This place was dead empty, and I now understand why.To the owner- your employees are the face of your company. I would be more careful when hiring people who do not understand BASIC customer service. We Will NEVER be back here. And I will never allow my company to order from here again, either. We used to spend thousands of dollars a year here. You’ve lost a huge customer.
First time back here in probably 10 years and the burger was fantastic and the fries were fresh and hot! Definitely will make the trip here more frequently.
Has been THE dairy queen I think of, ever since I was very young. Has always stayed at a very high level of quality and service.
Paid for a full meal requested water for a beverage they forgot to water so as I waited for my food I had to wait for my water again and when I got my water it was like a little kids cup.
Ordered banna split for $5.99 was less ice cream than normal. Seems there new staff and not as fun to go there and well yep pay same and get less.7 people standing around waiting for customers. Might want to send some people home?It was clean inside but didn’t seem to have remodel done.If your looking for less and not fun time this is your spot.I’ll go to the Dexter one
