Townshend Dam Diner

The Dam Diner is a cute little diner/restaurant that is on scenic route 30 in Townshend VT. I like to go here for breakfast when I'm staying in nearby West Wardsboro in the fall. They serve a great breakfast and the people here are very nice and accommodating.

A classic diner experience, with everything you expect and love from a home town breakfast/lunch spot: fluffy pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, coffee and hot chocolate, and much more. Friendly staff, self service seating and lots of knick knacks to look at. A nice, cozy place to get tasty comfort food.

Stop here twice a year for lunch. Always get the Toasted Thanksgiving sandwich and a Mocha shake. Delicious!

The best poached eggs every single time! You must go. Chef Stepney also makes amazing tie die with quality t's. Got an all time favorite in army fatigue colors.

This is a large diner. My grandparents used to own it when it was known as the Kettle Family.
