Dunkin' - Town

Have tried to go here 3 times in the last 2 months to get a donut. Not a dozen, not 5, 1 donut and they are completely out of donuts.11am on a saturday don’t even bother.Kid friendliness: No donuts angry and disappointed kids.

I love all the DD shops in franklin, been going to each for years.

I stopped there with my grandkids and went through the drive thru. I knew it would be busy, but to be sitting at the window waiting for two donuts, an orange juice and a chocolate milk for 5 minutes was ridiculous. And then to see the lady at the window getting other peoples orders for donuts and that that was behind us just made me angry. And then when I saw the price and said wow, nine bucks for two donuts and orange juice, and a chocolate milk and she said yeah that’s the price I don’t make them in a rude manner just really got me upset. I will not go back there again. The service was lousy and the attitude was very rude.

This is one of worst DD location. The lady on Wednesday 11/8 afternoon at drive through (with pirate like black thing on eyes) with the attotude you have, you should not be working retail. Gave me half of my order only and dodn't have courtesy to even inform me that the itmes that I prepaid for are NOT available. Only when I took reverse and asked about it then she told that oh we don't have if. And that too saying oh what do you need now.. i mean cmon, i understand items can go sell of just have a decency to tell me about it. Will drive further to other locations instead if dealing with this location's ill atttitude.

This is the 3rd time they screwed up a very simple drive thru order. Lg iced coffee butterpecan 6 creams. Got to office...no butterpecan and not enough cream even though i did ask for extra creamers which i got.I never had this issue until recently.
