Best beef brisket ,rice , beans, and coleslaw I ever had !

We upgraded to prime rib for our wedding and we were not served prime rib. It was a shredded pc of meat. I’ll put my money it was chuck roast. You CANT shred a prime rib. It’s not a shred-able pc of meat. I called after and gave him my concerns and he told me he had two weddings that day and he is trying to do this out in a field with no kitchen. Unfortunately that’s not my problem. I cook and smoke food for a hobby. I know what prime rib is. Cooked to 120 degrees internal and carved like a steak! Because it’s a steak! Not shredded. Ran out of ribs as well.

We used holy smokes BBQ for our wedding, the food was absolutely amazing! Best rice and beans ever, thank you Mags, Doug crew for such an amazing and yummy dinner!

They cooked chicken for Son's graduation party. Very good
