Long Island Bagel Cafe Nesconset

AWESOME! Bagels/Deli. There is a line for a reason. This place has great bagels. We are visiting from California. This is where we go for bagels and bagel sandwiches the NY way. I get the lox sandwich, cucumber side salad, pickel and coffee.

Picked up catering for a brunch party and everything was so delicious. Portions were very generous and I had yummy leftovers for days. Very thankful I found this establishment. Keep up the good work!

The customer service was disappointing! While I was in line, the tall older gentleman who was taking orders asked the woman behind me for her order, completely overlooking me standing there.

I had an excellent experience at Bagel Cafe. I was assisted by a friendly blonde woman who made me feel very welcome. The café was clean and inviting, with lovely interior decor. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was a fantastic selection on the menu. It's clear that the staff puts in a lot of effort, making this a wonderful establishment.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the restaurant completely forgot to include a breakfast wrap. I called them to see if they could resolve the issue since my wife didn’t get her breakfast. All they said was to apologize and suggested that I contact Uber Eats for help. But last I checked, Uber Eats doesn’t cook or prepare the orders. The food we did receive was nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend this place, as there are definitely better options nearby. If they truly valued their customers, I believe they would have a better rating.
