Contribuiți la feedbackWe had a great time! The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with plenty of gaming options. The only problem we encountered was that one of the cashiers was rude and displayed racist behavior towards us. However, another staff member came to help us, and after that, everything went smoothly. The rest of the staff was fantastic—super friendly and did their jobs well.
After visiting the aquarium, we stopped by Via Entertainment and quickly found ourselves engrossed in the Star Wars and Walking Dead games. Before we knew it, two hours had passed! Although the venue is small, we had a fantastic time. They offer some of the coolest bowling alleys I've seen in this area. The young man at the game counter was incredibly nice and helpful. My only complaint would be about the restaurant service. I understand it was a ‘soft opening’ and they weren’t busy, but there was no waitstaff to be found. However, the girl I eventually located was also very pleasant. Overall, I would rate it an A+.
It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we had a great time, but we spent money pretty quickly. I estimate that playing games and eating for about an hour would cost around $200 or more. Although we didn’t stay long, the kids really enjoyed themselves. If they lowered the prices for the games, I think more people would stay longer and end up spending more. When we were there, it wasn't very busy—only about three other families were present.
I visited Via entertainment over the weekend with my son and his friend as well as another adult. Children are 10 and 8. We visited for them and they absolutely loved it. My friend has an all you can play type card so the boys were able to just go hog wild and play everything they wanted, with the caveat that only 4 games each could actually win tickets. My sons favorite game was Injustice because it was fun and you got a DC comic trading card with each game. I haven’t been to an arcade in years and this was a cool new feature of winning cards. Overall we stayed for about 2 and a half hours. The games I remember were Jurassic Park, Walking Dead, Skeeball, basketball games, knock over the clown face game, price is right big wheel spin type games, and other various pure luck games. I will say their website does not do the actual arcade justice, it’s not huge but bigger than I thought it would be after visiting their site. My friend and I also enjoyed ourselves playing pacman on a huge screen and air hockey along with the punching bag game. Overall we really enjoyed the time here. We were going to order food but the menus smelled of stale beer so it kind of just turned us off on eating there.
The new arcade is cleaner than before. The one down side was that several virtual games were not working.
