Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

We order from this place all the time, but this experience was a nightmare. I ordered an eggplant parm and had it delivered, but when it arrived, it looked like it had been burnt to a crisp! There was a crack in it that looked like it had caught fire. I called to address the issue, and the so-called manager, Makenzie, told me I could bring it back for them to fix it, or I could get half credit toward another order. What?! I just paid for the delivery, and now I have to return it? The customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’m just relieved that not all locations treat their customers this way. This review is specifically for the Penfield location.

This restaurant has really gone downhill post-COVID. The bread is consistently stale, and the cold cuts are never fresh. I used to enjoy this place, but not anymore. I recommend staying away—don't waste your hard-earned money here!

I haven't been to this restaurant in quite a while. I do enjoy the discs they serve, but I found the price of $7.07 a bit high considering their size.

Service sucked.... went into people staring blank at you like you interrupted their day, then illuminate that you were wrong about the bad quality of a plate you often order because it is the only thing you like there.....No thanks. Eating is a treat for us and the mood of the employees brings about the quality of food and experience. This is longer a place where we want to come. I hope they find out because it was better earlier.
