Wendy's - Town of Orchard Park

Place is dirty, employees don't listen to your order, food tastes like it's been sitting and extremely slow. With the price of what it costs and subpar food I'm done with this location. I have gone there multiple times thinking it was a fluke but it's constantly like this.

Employees are not friendly i orders chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through had go mash unit in case I felt I was going regurgitate manager found out about it ask if I wanted another sandwich never gave me refund dont order chicken from this location

Manager was completely rude and should be fired immediately by knowingly not giving me my correct order and failed to respect the customer and give my money back or the correct sandwich. $5 is $5!!!

They should have just made Wendy's and tim Hortons together in one register with more dinning Room area no need for registered areas in one building but great staff at both times hortons and Wendy'
