Mcdonald's - Town of Ontario

I have never, ever received my food without a wait even if there are no cars in the line.Right now I'm sitting here typing this after waiting 20 minutes.Why is this always a thing at this McDonald's....It's not fast that's for sure. It is 15+ minutes every time.

Food was a lil cool. Nice crew. THEY BROUGHT HOT MUSTARD BACK!!!

Went though the drive through at 9:20 didn’t get done until 9:40, very busy, short staff and the food wasn’t even hot, I’m very surprised with how busy it was that my food was cold…

The employees need to be trained on customers service they are very rude placed a order for dine in and the girl brings food to our table tosses the bag on our table not very good service if u ask

Absolutely horrible. every single time i've gone recently it's taken 30+ minutes to get a simple fry the teenage workers keep going in and out to smoke and nothing is actually getting done. after 30 mins of waiting I finally reminded the women of my order and she didn't even start. it was not only me. there is always others waiting while the staff has fun and doesn't do their job. no one in that place is doing what there supposed to.
