2nd Bde Dining Facility

Food here is really hit or miss. i think the problem may be the amount of selection they offer. offering a variety is great, but not when you don’t have the staff to accommodate. ie, when a dfac has less food options more of the food ends up being palatable. also it would be nice to have togo cups with lids. if not possible at least offer something bottled. they used to but haven’t seen anything in the fridge in a while. (i go in when it opens and theres still nothing).

Whoever is making the Mac and cheese needs to get promoted. Only the kids at front door look sad. Everyone else is very professional and courteous.

Yeah, 2ND BDE dining facility is the best on post in my opinion. I’ve been to all 4 (including the outpost) and everything cooked here is excellent. You can easily bulk up here and get in amazing shape if your choosing the right stuff. I think people are negatively rating the place, so they can have it for themselves

Great dfac! Good taste really good and soldiers serving here really cares a lot! The Thanksgiving food was tasty and the theme was really nice! Me and my family had great food and enjoyed the theme and love music playing

Terrible chow hall. Sad excuse for a DFAC. Long lines, poor execution, a lot of the people here don’t know what they’re doing half of the time.
