Spaghetti Kettle - Town of Kirkland

The employees are excellent, and the food is amazing. I have become a regular customer. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

What really troubled me, though, was that my special needs sister was with us, and they showed no compassion for her situation. I was shocked when they asked us to leave, so I expressed my dissatisfaction on the way out, only to be met with an angry response telling me to "F off!" This treatment was completely unprofessional. I will make it a point to share my experience and warn others that this is the worst place to dine. Based on other reviews, it seems I'm not alone in feeling this way. Clearly, this establishment does not believe that the customer is right!

We hadn’t visited this restaurant in a few years, but I can confidently say we won’t be returning. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. The prices are exorbitant for the poor quality and meager portions of food. In our opinion, it deserves zero stars. Oh, and I ended up feeling extremely ill for two days after dining there. Spaghetti sauce was mad watery, wait staff, idk she had to be on drugs or drunk she was absolutely shot had no idea what was going on.... Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
