Tailored Tea - Town of Colonie

A charming little tea house! We ordered the Hudson, and both of us are gluten-free. Jared made sure we were well taken care of during our visit! The food was incredible, the tea selection is vast, and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely return!

I’m a strong advocate for supporting local and small businesses, and Tailored Tea is a charming place to gather with friends. However, cleanliness was a significant issue during my visit. The tablecloths, condiment containers, menus, and the areas under the glass tabletops were stained and had greasy smudges, as well as bits of food. The chef also appeared in unkempt clothing—why not wear an apron to present a more professional image to customers? It was quite disappointing. While the chef and waiter were friendly, I don't think we'll return unless the cleanliness issues are addressed.
