Buffalo Wild Wings - Town of Camillus

I've ordered two different types of chicken sandwiches twice this week, and both times the chicken was flat and tough, almost like chewing cardboard. They also barely put any sauce on them compared to how they used to. I wasn't planning to write a review, but I figured it would be better to share my experience rather than keep stressing about it. On a positive note, the nachos were good. However, I don’t think I’ll be returning, which is disappointing because they used to put in so much effort, and now it feels like they’ve stopped trying.

The food was excellent, as always, but I was disappointed with the service. Our waiter walked by so many times in a ten-minute span while I was waiting for another beer, but he never checked in on us. The food was delivered by someone else, and the waiter didn't ask how everything was or if we needed anything. We spent an hour and a half there and only interacted with our waiter four times. The first time was when we ordered drinks; we already knew what we wanted, but he didn’t ask until after we received our drinks, and then we got to order our food.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My husband and I were seated and waited 20 minutes before someone finally asked for our drink orders. After another 20 minutes passed without anyone coming to take our food order, we were left feeling frustrated. Overall, the service was very poor: 1 out of 5.

I had a wonderful experience celebrating my best friend's birthday at the restaurant. The food was fantastic, and both the service and atmosphere were excellent as well. Overall, I would rate everything a perfect 5 out of 5! Thank you for making the night special!
