Mattina's Pizzeria - Town of Amherst

Pizza is good overall, onion rings kinda on the iffy side but otherwise everything else is very good. Garlic bread could use a little less seasoning

Pizza is pretty good  but inconsistant, sometimes  it does not have enough sauce on it  and is very dry,if they could put enough sauce on it  i would stop more often

Hit or miss. Mattina's employees needs some serious quality control and training. The pizza is usually excellent, but more than a few times I've had pizza that was very poorly made. There is no excuse for this. If a pizzeria can not consistently produce the same pizza it will not keep customers. Overall I still rate them well and recommend them because the pizza is excellent, but they would do good to hire a few supervisors who are not imbeciles.

There pizza is wonderful. But they also have many other great things on there menu

I'm a pizza connoisseur and this is probably the best pizza in the area. Good sauce and pep. Not much of a crust but it works. Slices are big enough where their lunch deal that includes 2 slices is too much. So $3.50 for a slice is a cheap meal. Good customer service as well. And I'll note the consistency of the pizza is appreciated as well since their competitor I used to enjoy on Hopkins Rd is just too hit or miss depending on who's working that day
