Fuji Grill (maple Rd) - Town of Amherst

Really good spot for Asian food. Sushi and hibachi are always solid. The flavor won?t blow you away but the ingredients are fresh and prepared well. Would recommend the beef hibachi as it is always extremely tender. They have good variety and theprices are reasonable. Service is always prompt and friendly and the decor is interesting. Overall, would highly recommend.4.7/5. -BJ

Nice place. A bit pricey but the food was pretty good. Service was decent. Our server wasn't very attentive and disappeared for long stretches.

I love hibachi but don?t always have time to go so I decided to get it take out. Paid $20 for one entree and it?s awful. Tastes nothing like the hibachi you get dining in. The fried rice has 0 flavor and the chicken and veggies are swimming in liquid.Gross.

Maple Rd. location. All the dinners were great. Aloha Hawaiian rolls, Haku Maki, Edamame, Ginger shrimp, hot sour soup, teriyaki chicken all of it. And the presentation was perfect. It was so appealing you couldn't wait to dig in. Wait staff wasvery attentive.
