I plan on becoming a very regular customer now! I want to give a big thank you to Ali for delivering the food so quickly, efficiently, and for being so polite and professional. His amazing service truly made a difference and should be acknowledged by the company. I also want to thank Shofi, the manager, for always going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He is polite, friendly, and happy to explain all the pizza toppings. He even recommended an extra pizza to us, which we ended up ordering and loving. Shofi is a great example of how the right staff can set Pizza Hut apart from its competitors. The outstanding service is greatly appreciated. I will be recommending this place to friends and family, and I look forward to many more visits in the future!
We placed an order for delivery at a restaurant. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, it was missing one of the dishes we had ordered. Despite our request, the restaurant refused to send the remaining dish. This greatly disappointed us, as it was supposed to be our "family take away night" and the missing dish was my daughter's favorite main meal, Mac n cheese.
Fast and easy service, Pizza was hot sand was made ready in time. Staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend for affordable pizza
Live in Canary Wharf and have foolishly ordered from here a few times pretty much every time the food is painfully late +1 hour on expectations) and the branch rarely answers the phone when you call to ask where the food is. Quality of food hit or miss also. Low quality franchise.
To make a long story short : Ordered delivery yesterday. 1h30 after order placed nothing yet delivered. Called the store only to have a rude guy on the line who lied the whole way through and even worse, he threatened me that if I put a bad review on their store (as I told him I would do if he doesn’t accept to cancel the order that did not arrive in the preannouced time and reimburse me) he would write back negatively on me!!!! Where does this guy come from to treat customers this way??? He refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I rang back but they wouldn’t answer anymore. Had to spend 1 hour dealing with the situation between phone calls with store, then with customer service and finally filing a claim through internet instead of enjoying a pizza for dinner... Will never order from Pizza Hut again or even consider eating in any of their branches cause when I read today all the reviews of others who have been through the same problem with the same store for years now, I just can’t accept that the chain (Pizza Hut) has not closed this branch or changed the franchisee and staff. What a shame! Keep it on and you’ll end up into administration! Gladly many other options are available from Dominos to small local pizzerias that are excellent... Too bad you don’t have consideration for your consumers!
