Balman's Kebabs - Tower Hamlets

Excellent food. Quick delivery. The sauces were very nice and mixed wraps were excellent. Very pleasant phone manners.

I orderd a delivery for family and myself. But I ordered a doner kebab and couple of burgers. The delivery came pretty fast but the taste was awful. We definitely didn't like the food it was below average unfortunately. Would not order again from there. Based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sorry balman's kebab you need to improve on taste and quality.

I don't understand why people complain about the delivery service. The traffic in that area is always hectic. However, I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years. They consistently serve high-quality food with a variety of options. I particularly enjoy the rice dishes they offer now. My family also loves it. I would recommend anyone looking for delicious, non-greasy food to give this place a try.

We placed our food order at 8:30pm, but it did not arrive until 10:30pm. The delivery driver called us twice as he was unsure of our location, despite it being just a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, it was not the correct order. The meal was supposed to come with two 1.5 liter bottles of coke, but we received only one bottle and three 330ml cans instead of another bottle. When we called to express our dissatisfaction with the drinks, we were told that they had run out of the 1.5 liter bottles and decided to give cans instead, totaling only 990ml. We expected them to provide 5 cans instead. After calling to complain about the drinks, they promised to send us another bottle. However, when the delivery arrived around 11:15pm, they requested the cans back. We had to continuously call the restaurant while waiting for the delivery. They blamed the delay on the size of the order (a £50 meal). Overall, the service was extremely poor. Save yourself the time and money.

We ordered food from this restaurant for three people. Two of us were satisfied with our meals, but unfortunately my husband was disappointed with his more expensive dish. It was not very filling and did not justify the high cost.
