Starbucks - Toulouse

Too expensive compared to the Starbucks in America Also, please put a cover OVER your drinks when we ask for à emporter (takeout). It makes no sense how you expect us to put it in a cup holder in our cars in the CENTER of the city.

Big place. Atmosphere is good. Service should be more better.

I am a Starbucks frequent customer and I love the brand however this Starbucks is not up to the usual standards. Since a 2020, this Starbucks decided to remove the area where customers can personalised their drinks. It is impossible to put some chocolate powder on my coffee with milk. I asked many times why and I was provided different excuses: safety reasons with covid, then it was broken, .. On my last visit I was told the chocolate powder will never be available again. They even told me to take the chocolate syrup instead (with a charge). I am disappointed and will be emailing the head office about that.

Great place in tummy. especially if they need a pick-me-up and a smile. the staff is incredibly friendly, friendly and hard working. much appreciated when visiting another country.

As always and everywhere on the world, the Starbucks coffee is always the best!
