Speed Burger - Toulouse

First I have neither my drink nor my ice in my order, in addition to that I have all the sauces except the one I asked in my order. After ordering a first time a year ago (very medium but it's short I decided to order again. This time I am denied delivery to finally accept when the person finds me in the files. I'm 40 minutes. I'll call back at the end of an hour and I'm told that my order will leave. A restaurant surpassed by its success! Burgers and fries arrived cold more than 1h30 after the order! And they forgot a drink!
