Never disappointed in this restaurant. quality products at correct prices with very well filled plates. Restaurant to redo again and again!
In the buron, the name announces the color, the kitchen of the Auvergnate is in honor (boudins, tripoux, aligot, truffade). with everything that can accompany him, beer and wines of Auvergne. Of course we are far from the atmosphere of a buron on the aubrac, but near the St.Sernin square and a student district we do not ask so much. at lunch between 15 and 20 euros, it's important the price in the sun.
We return there very regularly for the sausage dish! but the truffle, and the drunken are also worth the detour. beers and artisanal drinks are also excellent. We love the good mood of the leader! from 8 people on reservation : aligot really at will !!!!
5 minutes from the St.Sernin Basilica, this little restaurant is almost by chance. Going home is making a culinary trip in the morning. The reception is very discreet and nice. To the Auvergne. the server and leader advises you, proposes you and even asks you to trust him. and he's mastering his subject. all products offered and cooked (algot, truffles, candied sausage, baking, cheese). are delicious and the price is very sweet. Surely the room is not big. but we're in a warm buron. to do and do again. and a big thank you to the chief!
