Motchiya - Toulouse

A very nice little restaurant, a unique menu that changes every day, and I can say that it is worth going with the eyes closed, I really liked the Tataki of Saumon (Label Rouge), served with a fresh Miso soup at the entrance, a pleasure too! The desserts were also very good, the taste of tea in the Cheesecake is very balanced, and the daifuku (or mochi) with cherry, filled with vanilla ice was a pure pleasure!

An intimate restaurant (12-13 places) where Norio, his Japanese chef, enjoyed his unique dishes, changed every day for almost 10 years. Thanks to the whole team for these perfect moments. It's a big 5 stars.

A very small Japanese restaurant that had a great effect on me... the flavours of the sumptuous dishes reminded me of my trip to Japan. Managers, including the cook, are enthusiasts and very welcoming and smiling people. I would like the restaurant to open in the evening but only work according to arrivals and seasonal products, food is necessarily fresher and greedy at noon! There is no menu, the concept of recipes per day every week is very effective, so that the establishment is always full between 12h and 14h. The originality of not proposing menus allows them to keep their singularity. The quality of the fish and especially the salmon they choose is indescribable, it melts under the palet. Ice cream is very well selected and the yuzu sorbet is subtlely scented. The desserts offered like daifuku are very well prepared and all in front of you! I recommend testing this typical Japanese restaurant in the heart of Toulouse. I wish them a very good continuation, waiting for my next passage in the pink city...

Small Japanese canteen but large kitchen. A unique dish every noon with an exceptional finesse. A real trip and a pleasure for taste buds. Be careful to book the place is very small, which makes it even more charming.

The kitchen is excellent, the quality is really present. I will come back without hesitation and recommend this warm place! The staff is really nice.
