Very good experience. The reception is extremely user-friendly and we are very well installed in the restaurant that is not very large. I tasted the smoked pork shell for 2:00 p.m. (head of not having the card in the eyes) and it was extremely tender and good without the taste of taking too smoky. Excellent I enjoyed the meat cooked for 9h in the oak and beech smoker. Home sauces are best for mustard and honey sauce) There is a Dijon mustard with honey that also sends heavy to test. I ended up with a cream burnt and smoked, I didn't find as much interest as for meat, but it was very good. The service is fast, nice, pleasant. Top for a first visit and experience.
