I was able to see bus 111 evolve over the seasons to be quite enthusiastic today with the arrival of a young chef with obvious talent as his dishes are tasty at the palace and his love of the undeniable profession. a redefinite identity like the mistress of the place with a home side, a highlight of the coffee culture with varied musical universes and the reception of theatrical companies with excellent proposals. So a treat to enjoy on the terrace or enjoying this warm decor that makes us pause out of time.
Welcomed as with the family, I fell in love with bus 111, a restaurant rich with simon, its super cook from the gastronomy, venerate the bosses and valou :)if you love home-made cuisine, art and human warmth, do not miss this unusual place ;)
Have the humour well sharpened, the cheerful and playful mood, a lot of time (minimum two hours) to spend a moment in this guinguette with a welcoming setting. rather bohemian..but as soon as you discover the mistress of the places to burst like a fury, you ask yourself: if you can really sit down, if you are filmed in a "hidden camera", or if etchebest is in the corner to see everything...but her welcome, and her service are pretty masterful. for a lunch, barely mediocre, a speech by the rather hallucinating patron, which seems to be outdated by the events (missing products, permanent forgettings,.) excelled by the customers ( 25 covered ???), it is quite deplorable. the only positive point, we have a great time of tear-slaughter so grotesque, mediocrity, a distressing disorder, a boss pretending to be on the edge of the hypoglycemia and the nerve crisis, reached their fill! Which could perfectly match a farce.
I ask myself questions about the seriousness and hygiene of this restaurant, the honesty and the professionalism of the staff.Table reserved for 16 people the day before without problems.For a good reception, we begin by taking and taking our order on the waitress' notebook, because it was overwhelmed with the 10 other people maximum present in the restaurant at 12:15. We finally bring him directly into the kitchen because completely absent from the room. The main menus have been taken with day-to-day dishes and dishes.Inputs arrive at the drop-off (very long minutes between 2 plates, as much as we haven't all eaten at the same time), the dishes have arrived more than 1 hour after the last admissions, and the last dishes (also arrived at the drop-down) almost 2 hours after the admissions. We had to cancel desserts because of the organisation and the deplorable service. Small details, even with the endless expectation of the dishes, the quality is not at the rendezvous (smart beef and unequal portions from one plate to another), and hygiene leaving seriously to be desired ( hair found in 2 plates). If you want water or bread, it's near the counter inside, because don't count on the fact that we're going to get you. Don't count on any commercial gesture, the house isn't like that, you pay full pot while hearing the manager ask "I don't know what I can do". a misconception. I don't call this a commercial gesture, knowing that everyone didn't have a 16 bottle of wine on a bottle of wine. and being offered the welcome candy on the bar in free service is even less a commercial gesture. It's really a whip of mouth, really.****, disastrous food, grieving service, scandalous waiting, and dishonest price. Managers should think of changing activity. To avoid, there are others around, a few minutes away from the car, you will be better received, you will eat better, you will not have to take an afternoon of leave due to waiting, and you will not have the impression of you being stolen.
