Very beautiful concept with a well thought out menu. The dishes are good and tasteful. We've made some pleasant culinary discoveries. However, pie pasta seems to be bought already made ... the service is topl' ambiance is friendly. we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that people do not abuse the "will" side. Indeed, the plates were empty, and did not waste (unlike the usual buffets at will).

Buffet restaurant, with good variety and good quality and at a reasonable price. Although I'm usually not attracted to vegetarians, I was pleasantly surprised.

Over the last 10 years I've been a regular visitor to Toulouse and only discovered this restaurant last year. Situated down a small road not far from the Capitol it's not the easiest place to find, but well worth the search. The salad bar is outstanding, hosting a wide selection of vegetables/salads and oils. There are always a couple of different quiches and a hot dish. The quiches are made fresh, but the hot dish can be disappointing.The wide range of desserts should also not be missed. All in all excellent value for money, if you get fed up with the heavy use of meat in the Toulouse diet or you are a vegetarian.

Even after a change of location, the dishes offered remain the same, a little fades. It's a shame, because persuading omnivores to come and eat vegetarian could allow them to discover more frank flavors.
