Organization of a group dinner. It went very well. The service was impeccable. Organization of table ilots which makes it possible to eat by group without waiting for the 30 people to be served. The menu was original. I personally enjoyed The Cabsoulet which is a cassoulet (toulouse sausage) and seafood. It turned out good and not too heavy. Entrance Lasagne fish was a nice surprise also. For dessert I tried I tried the chocolate pear. But I couldn't enjoy the sishuan pepper too strong for me...
