I asked for a glass of rose wine and got a warm one with ice cube (which I had not asked for). He did not tell me the price or the name of the wine. Later another waiter asked me which wine I had been drinking, I said I did not know. Later when I was paying they told me it was 4,80 which I found expensive and not worth the price and I said so, the answer from the waiter was to go and drink somewhere else!!! To me it seemed like everybody working there were on drugs, shaking and nervous.
Nestled in an arm of the wonderful grain hall, this vintage establishment is also a small wonder of cheer, good communicative mood and excellent cuisine. the passion of the profession and a mad dynamism for the absolutely complete satisfaction of their client. only happiness. all the more so... a daring dessert of strawberries with black olives, mixed with sweet sour and sour salt! We don't know where we live anymore. but : already with a few drops of this "little happiness" of the very name of producer lodged on meursault and the duresses (apologise for little),. It's a revelation.
Georges lautner y a trinqué peu de temps avant de participer ses "tons flingueurs" au paradis, marion cotillard, last month, facilitators and journalists of canal, have cheated, eaten, reserved their table...No doubt because we eat good South-West cuisine and more broadly of the south, but also because the place is warm, loaded with soul, and generations of Toulouse have taken their habits there. I like to stop there sometimes early in the morning, for a coffee or reading the press; to find a girlfriend, my lover or a bunch of buddies at lunchtime. My favorite dishes? the risotto of the day, the hamburger aveyronnais, the 5a bottle with a glass of marcillac. Sweet side (because it's also a tea room), homemade pastries wait under bell, lemon mille-feuilles is a wonder and I let you discover the suspended delight. It's my qg before the show. On the terrace facing the grain hall, the service is quick, the selection of wines is good, the delicious tapas: mini-burgers of foie gras, caille-chorizo eggs, parsley knives, homemade fries, cheese plate...And if the hunger remains after the show, the doors of the brewery are always open and the service later especially for us. Oh I was going to forget, we can privatize the back room to celebrate with friends and/or family, key events, the house takes care of the buffet..I made the happy experience as a guest (anniversary, pro promotion),. The atmosphere was great!
The olive-tree and its smiling waitresses (a special mention for margot) add a great plus for a very friendly atmosphere. dishes are dreadable, difficult to make a choice, everything is good and desserts are unforgettable.
