I went to this restaurant tonight with my friend and ordered a few dishes for dinner. during dinner the high quality service of this single waiter made me really impressive. He didn't know much English, but he always tried to understand what we said and tried to explain to us what these dishes are. when we left there waiting for the green light in the crossing, he ran out and asked if we had left something in the restaurant (there was a handy and a kiste zigaretten at his hands.) I said that were not ours and then he ran back. I saw that he had something on the floor on the way back (not sure whether it was his phone or anything else) I feel very sorry for him because he could choose not to do that for us. Maybe he is now sad because his phone was broken after the fall on the floor. After we have realized all this, we really want to return and give him some tips, but it's too late now and we have to leave this place tomorrow morning. I feel sorry for the field staff. 店員さんの接客が良かったので居心地が良かった。 料理は美味しくないです、なんなら焼き鳥シワシワで焦げてました。 繁忙期なので仕方ないかもしれないが料理を注文してからテーブルにくるまでに時間がすごくかかっていました。 一品料理が15分以上出てこなくキャンセルして帰りました、店員さん曰く料理は出来てるかもしれないので見てくるとの事、隣のテーブルの方も2度キャンセルしてましたが同じ事を店員さんに言われてました。 従業員不足なんじゃないでしょうか、経営者さん改善の余地があるのではないでしょうか。 現場スタッフが気の毒です。

バイトの店員さんは良かったが、厨房が少ないのか、なかなか料理が出ない。予約席は結構早く、バイトの女の子が謝りながら持ってくる。これで満席になれば回らなくなると思う。もう少し食べたかったが忘れた頃になるかもなので会計して、コンビニに行った。バイトの女の子は丁寧だったので勿体ないと思う。
