Yesterday with a friend and we had the best Matambrito de Cerdo ever! It was more than delicate, it was also light, very good meat in fact. It was a great spring afternoon to sit outside under the trees, When I come here, I get the feeling of being on holiday. Nice to enjoy a great outdoor meal with a glass of wine under the trees.
