Panera Bread - Torrington

This Panera bread establishment was the best I've been in. Staff was so helpful and friendly not like some other ones I won't mention near me. If you're looking for a good panini sandwich steak, chicken, or whatever their rolls are soft and their meats are fresh. And their daily soup is downright tasty you can even get it in a bread bowl which is pretty awesome.

Disappointing. I was made to pay $10 for a bagel with cream cheese and tomato, onion and avocado. The kid tried putting my toppings in the toaster with the bagel and I had to stop him. Then the next time the guy just told me they couldn't do that anymore. I'm a vegetarian and the one sandwich I can eat besides a grilled cheese is this tomato, mozz and pesto sandwich which is TERRIBLE. 95% bread.

I stopped in for a quick Breakfast to go. I couldn't order online with Bonus Gift cards so that was a bit disappointing (but was expected). So I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an Asiago Bagel and 2 Bacon Souffle. The egg sandwich was Great (better than expected) and my wife liked her Souffle. Good Value, Great Sandwich and Excellent Ingredients. TRY IT TODAY!! NOTE TO PANERA: I wasn't greeted with a morning or how can I help you, she just waited for me to order. Its Breakfast 8 am a nice Good Morning would make somebody's start to the day ahead. And they have a Tip Jar (although they don't serve the tables) SO IF YOU WANT TIPS, YOU NEED TO DO MORE THAN PUT A JAR ON THE COUNTER, the better you treat the customer the more tips you'll get. (that hasn't changed)

Good sandwiches and coffee drinks, though a bit pricey. Extra greens and tomatos available for free. We usually split a sandwich and drink.

I ordered on the Panera app and it got delivered to the wrong people (not paneras fault), and Zack (or Zach sorry don’t know the spelling) at this location called the driving company and helped me figure out what happened with the order and made my experience easy and less stressful. I appreciate how he went out of his way to assist me through this and for his professionalism. Thank you again!
