Arby's - Torrington

On the right side. Nice Arby's I've ever been to. Clean, professional and food was excellent.

Could have been a little cleaner, but over all it was a good stay. Food at the restaurant was best in town!

The restaurant offers quick service in a spotless environment. The staff is friendly and courteous. Conveniently located right at the main train station, it’s an ideal stop for travelers in the midst of a bustling area.

The staff is always friendly, and if you're an Arby's fan, the food is quite good. The only reason I wouldn't give it a five-star rating is because of the prices. It's not the kind of fast food place where you expect to get a cheap meal or feed a family for less than you would in a full-service restaurant. That said, I've never had a bad experience at the Torrington Arby's. You always get what you order, and the staff is excellent!

I visited during lunchtime and was impressed by the quick service. The food was hot and delicious, and the fries were fresh. The person who took my order was incredibly friendly. Management should be sure to keep him around before someone else realizes his excellent customer service skills and tries to hire him away! I also noticed that they use the phrase "My pleasure," similar to Chick-Fil-A, which was a small but delightful surprise. The restaurant, including the stands and tables, was clean for that time of day. Great job, team! Your attention to detail truly stood out today!
