Contribuiți la feedbackIf I could give this place a ZERO star, I would. Not to be savage, but this restaurant caused the most negative experience throughout our entire trip at Royalton Suites Cancun. Entrance: Arrived at 7:15PM to request for a table of 4 Was given a pager by the hostess advised theres 6 tables ahead of us Saw many people go in out, and pagers after our number had been returned to the station already, so I checked in again at 8:30 for a status update. Hostess then goes, oh, your table is ready. Great, now we walk in over an hour later, and we 're seated at the table that 's got the vent above our heads, blowing right at us. We asked the hostess if it 's possible to move over to another empty table away from the vents, and she gave us the dirtiest look, and said it 'll take at least 10 minutes for them to clean the table. We said no problem, keep in mind, there 's only a few forks and knives left on there, not much to clean. We waited patiently and no one bothered to clear it, so we asked the manager, and he, too, gave a stank attitude and said YOU NEED TO WAIT 10 MINUTES! Their attitude came out like husband and wife, exactly the same. At that point, we 're already pretty unpleased and impatient with the wait we 've been put through. As we sat down, they took a while to take our order, but we got through that, it 's now nearly 9PM. These servers are all waiting by the kitchen window for the food to be served, and we got an appetizer about every 10-15 minutes. Most of which the appetizers, you could 've made it from the salad bar. We got 4 Caesar Salads, few other appetizers to share, and 4 Minestrone Soups. By the time the soup arrived, we 're now about 45 minutes in, 1 bowl looked half empty, another is full, third soup looked like it was nearly empty with a couple spoons left, and another was quarter done. I kid you not, it felt insulting, and when we brought it up to the server to let them know the portions were evidently off, he didn 't feel like there was one bit wrong with it. That 's okay. My parents had brought up the fact that we 've been sitting at our 2nd table for over an hour, and was told our entrees would take another 15-20 minutes. They lost it. The server 's response was: You guys ordered 13 appetizers, that 's why it 's going to take that long. You got 4 salads, 4 soups, and 5 appetizers to share . (See photos) Our thoughts: The Caesar salad is 3 slices of lettuce, uncut, with some cheese tossed on top, and the soup is half scooped, and the appetizers could 've been picked off the salad bar. We could 've made that ourselves. Server still had the nerves to giggle at this moment... and manager couldn 't care less, go figure why the attitude of all his staff is JUST LIKE HIM! Terrible management. We decided to leave and order room service for dinner that evening, it was already 10:15PM by the time we walked out and the entrees were still cooking . Never coming back to Grazie again. What a terrible experience!
