Aora - Torres del PRI

We ate here twice, the first time was at the restaurant, we ordered a variety of food since we did not know the menu. Gerardo and Julio were our waiters, and were extremely friendly and attentive. Glad we found this spot , first visit we all loved the different flavors of food. Our favorites were the chicken tikka masala, and sweet and sour pork. Second visit was at the Teppan, Moises/Nepo our cook was amazing, funny and our experience was amazing! Shrimp and steak were our favorite. Both days we left , full and glad we visited this restaurant.

It took 1 hour 15 minutes to get what? A single bite of sashimi, soggy chicken, and non Asian dishes. The ramen noodles were flat, and overcooked. They were understaffed, and there were only three chefs in the kitchen. After I talked to the manager our food came out extremely salty!!! Five+ tables around us are experiencing the same thing. We did not finish our meal and left for the international buffet. Avoid this place at all cost! Worst dining experience in my life.

The food at the restaurant was terrible. The service was even worse. The waitstaff was unhelpful and slow to respond to requests, and the kitchen staff seemed to be in a rush and not paying attention to the quality of the food they were preparing.

Show was spectacular with lots of oohs and aahs. Kids were very entertained. The food however was less than average. The sushi and miso soup was not authentic, didn't even think it was sushi. The shrimp was great, steak so-so, fish overcooked, and chicken also very tough and dry from being overcooked. Veggies were good though. Fried rice was decent although some people said it tasted funny. Dessert was alright. Ambiance and decor was top quality with beautiful giant black glass panels covering the range hoods. Staff was friendly and the speed of the service was the fastest out of all the restaurants.

Bland flavors, all the appetizers are fried. Teppanyaki shows looks fun but the menu items were very unimpressive. The rice was dry and crusty. Some desserts were not available. Wouldn't come back here . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
