It is by far the best in town. the owner/chef (Tony) is there every night and makes sure you are happy. he takes the time to explain not only the meal but everything that goes into it. The first night we went for dinner - EXCELLENT ! the second we went to the bar for drinks and Appetizers - ALSO EXCELLENT. Tony and his staff made the whole experience the best. i will be going here EVERY time i am in Torreon
