The reinvention of the manchego traditional dishes was incredible; the presentation of the plates and the flavours flowed beautifully through the different plates. It was my dad’s first experience on a Michelin starred restaurant and he was without words, we made another booking on the way out.

Wonderful walk through the gastronomy of the castilla- the stain. no need to guide any province or more featured product. menu studied and developed masterfully that does not cease to amaze pass after passing. original covered and heed. experience to recommend and repeat also for its exclusive location. a luxury at a good price.
Large restaurant where you can enjoy a reddish manchega kitchen. classic products from the manchega kitchen to which a different touch has been applied. oted has the opportunity to try two different tasting menus, being one longer than the other and a variety of wines from the very interesting area. It's worth taking. the environment is magnificent, in a large hotel surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.
Una muy buena opción si quieres probar una estrella michelin a un precio aceptable. Menú de comida manchega. Dos opciones, uno más corto por 75€ y otro por 105€. Probamos el corto y nos quedamos súper bien y aprovechamos el para probar el maridaje formado por vinos de la zona poco conocidos y buenísimos. No pudimos salir más encantado y no solo por la comida sino también por el trato del chef y de la sumiller, Piti.
