I had ordered a table for 10 people to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Yesterday we arrived at the place with 3 cars and it was closed. I contacted the owner and told me he didn't know anything and to wait 10 minutes and he would call me back in the end. Nothing. After waiting with children in the car fasting it was 9.30pm all prepared complete with cake, favors etc. etc. we had to return to Cercola to another place obviously I paid more. after three phone calls I had made for various things and always confirming the date I they said that the girl had got the date wrong, obviously false. Because there was another party that canceled and we stayed out without even notifying me. Lack of respect, seriousness. We were offered a dinner for everyone which obviously I didn't accept because the party was yesterday, now who will compensate me...and what's more, the next day the owner said he would call us, but the call never came. But how serious is this?
