Subway - Torrance

When I sit down to eat for half an hour I hope to have a bath, they have a bath but they won't let you use it

They asked me the typical question: for here or to-go? I replied that I wanted it for here, but then I was given a different price. When I inquired about the reason, I was told it was the owner's decision, even though the place was nearly empty. I ended up eating my sandwich in my car because I didn’t feel appreciated at all. The staff was unfriendly, and there were no smiles—just rudeness.

Everything was good, nothing extraordinary or overly welcoming, but it's a decent Subway. There's a fair amount of seating, and it generally doesn't seem too crowded.

I give this restaurant one star due to the poor customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the food because, on Sunday, January 7, 2018, around 6 PM, I received no assistance. When my wife, daughter, and I walked in, there were two employees at the front counter chatting, and the restaurant was empty. I made the mistake of saying "Good evening," which seemed to be perceived as an insult by the female employee, as she looked at us with disdain. The male employee also scrutinized us before walking to the back without saying a word. I told my wife that we should leave and spend our money somewhere we wouldn't offend anyone simply by offering a greeting.
