So I waited for another 20 minutes for the new one, but when I arrived home, one pizza was still missing cheese on almost 1/3 of the pizza (maybe they gave the original one by mistake? I called and the team member provided a store credit for next time. I have pictures
Usually my Pizza Hut has good quality. Yesterday had a pizza that lacked the texture I am used to. Maybe it wasn?t cooked long enough or it was old dough. It also was lacking toppings. When paying for extras there should be plenty??..that was not thecase. Disappointed????..yes!
This location is clean and Mask Friendly ????. I placed an order over the phone with Sotero and received directions because I am not familiar with this location. We ordered the triple threat.. pizza, cinnamon rolls and bread sticks) and 12 wings. Thewings are a bit pricey $24.00 for 12) but who eats pizza without wings! 5 Stars across the board staring with Sotero's CustomerService over the phone and in person.
Will not be ordering Pizza Hut again Especially through an app. Do not add toppings. You will not receive them and the pizza quality was less than mediocre. The staff seemed uninspired. Deferred my complaints to Grubhub. But Grubhub didn't make the pizza ?!? So $75 loss to marketing and believing that Pizza Hut still made a quality product
We ordered pizza for delivery it arrived at burnt. I called the store and no one answered. It continues to loop an automated message and then disconnects you. After paying $50 for an inedible pizza, i drove to the store. There were two people working; one the manager and the other person was a delivery driver. I showed the manager of the pizza and asked is it possible that it can be re-cook as they are so burnt that we can 't even break apart the places that are sliced. He looks at it and says It 's the oven, There 's nothing I can do about it . I asked for a refund. He advised me he can not give me a refund. After a talk with corporate he gave me a credit and remade the pizza which again came out with burnt bread sticks. No matter what your breadsticks and your pizza will come out a bit more cooked on top than usual, due to the servicing of the ovens at this location. I would steer clear of this location until someone is able to come and correct the cooking oven situation. The manager needs a bit more training on sustainer service as it 's rude to cut off a person when they are still speaking. (Please note, I 'm pregnant and extremely mild mannered. I ended up leaving and having my husband return after calling corporate to get our refund).
